We're the co-founders of Transistor.fm, the podcast hosting platform that powers over 30,000 creators — and we're creators ourselves.

When we launched our own podcast, we asked businesses to sponsor it monthly: a host-read ad on every episode, plus a link in the show notes. It worked. And it made us wonder why the rest of the industry made sponsorships so hard.

For years we've focused on giving creators the best hosting and distribution we could build. We want to bring that same attention to detail to a bigger problem — helping more creators earn real revenue from the content they make.

We've also lived the other side. As business owners hunting for YouTubers, newsletters, and events to sponsor, we hit the same walls every time: finding creators with the right audience is hard, and the endless back-and-forth kills your momentum.
