Sponsorships should be self-serve.
We're building Spots so independent creators can get paid for the audiences they've built — and so businesses can back them without the endless email threads.
The problem
Distribution is harder than ever, and businesses want in on the trust indie creators have with their audiences. But booking a sponsorship still means DMs, media kits, back-and-forth on price, invoices, and chasing go-live confirmations. It's slow for everyone.
Our answer
Spots turns a creator's channels into packaged, buyable spots. Businesses discover them, book, and pre-pay in a click — like buying an ad. Go-live alerts and click-tracked reports happen automatically. No "contact us" form.
For creators
Package podcasts, newsletters, videos, and posts into spots. Set pricing and availability, add blackout dates, link Stripe, and watch the bookings roll in from one dashboard.
For businesses
Browse creators by channel and category, book & pre-pay instantly, group spots into campaigns, and get notified with a link the moment each one goes live.
No contact form. Checkout, right there.
Creators get paid; no invoice chasing.
Shortened links, clicks, and reports.
The team behind Transistor.fm.
We're the co-founders of Transistor.fm, the podcast hosting platform that powers over 30,000 creators — and we're creators ourselves.
When we launched our own podcast, we asked businesses to sponsor it monthly: a host-read ad on every episode, plus a link in the show notes. It worked. And it made us wonder why the rest of the industry made sponsorships so hard.
For years we've focused on giving creators the best hosting and distribution we could build. We want to bring that same attention to detail to a bigger problem — helping more creators earn real revenue from the content they make.
We've also lived the other side. As business owners hunting for YouTubers, newsletters, and events to sponsor, we hit the same walls every time: finding creators with the right audience is hard, and the endless back-and-forth kills your momentum.
Spots.fm is us fixing all of it.
